Bedard will likely be the ace the Mets acquire. They will be overpaying for him. It will likely cost Humber, Heilman, Mulvey, Gomez or Church, and possibly Fernando Martinez (not likely). The O's could be dumping Melvin Mora on them. He'll play RF if the Mets trade Church, be a supersub if Church is in RF, or they could trade him to the loser of the Miggy contest.

i dont think i'd want the mets to giv up that much for 1 guy, as good as he is...if gomez and martinez went in the same deal, it should only take those 2

It was reported on WFAN. redswin found some stuff from a Baltimore guy. My friend with sources has told me most other info.

Apparently the Dodgers might be closer to a deal for him. Though I'm hearing it's Broxton and Kemp for Bedard. Sounds too little, IMO.
