Wow why is Maybin benching, if he is not going to start, then leave him at the minor league to get more experience before throwing him to the wolves. And Dominqez starting at 3rd, god this team need help. Forget what I said about leaving Maybin in the minor, put him at CF, move Amezaga to 2B, and Uggla to 3B. This team need a lead-off hitter so Ramirez power doesn't go to waste.
CF Maybin RF Hermida SS Ramirez 3B Uggla LF Willingham 1B Jacobs 2B Amezaga C Treanor P
Damn and I always wonder for the last 2 years how devastating would it been if Cabrera got severely hurt. Look like I'm going to get my answer this year.

Maybin needs at least one more year in the minors. He looked like dogshit in the big leagues this year. He has a chance to be a very good player but needs to hit less ground balls (he hit a TON of grounders, and MLB players will turn those into outs more than A ball players) and lower his strikeout rate.
And 2004, do you mean Matt Dominguez? He needs at least 3 years in the minors since he was just drafted. He's been compared to Eric Chavez though because he is a very good defensive third baseman and has power potential.

Well we could always try this lineup instead: CF Amezaga SS Ramirez RF Hermida LF Willingham 1B Jacobs 2B Uggla C Treanor 3B fan P Not only is this lineup will help us more in the future, but it should also increase attendance by picking a random fan from the stands to play for the marlins per day. Think how much defense will improve this year st 3B!
