Which team would you want to manage and why?
Try not to pick your favorite team.

i know u said about the favorite team, but i picked the mets because they hav a lot of veterans that can help you manage (franco, glavine, el duque, etc...) mixed with some amazing young talent (reyes, wright, gomez, etc...)

Yankees, you just cannot lose even with no strategy but swing away.

Yankees, you just cannot lose even with no strategy but swing away. That doesn't seem to be working now. I would probably want to manage the Indians, a lot of talent on that team and a much better bullpen.

You could also lose your job at the drop of a hat.

You do relize that they had 3 key pitcher down and 2 other back-up pitcher also down during April right. No team is safe from injury.

You could also lose your job at the drop of a hat. Joe Torre has had his job since 1996. That's a hell of a long time in my book.

He had a loaded team for 7 years and has been on the hot seat since then. Now it's reaching the breaking point.

It been at the breaking point since 04, since then I keep on reading the same article every year: "Torre might get fire at the end of the season" edition 04, "Torre might get fire at the end of the season" edition 05, "Torre might get fire at the end of the season" edition 06, and currently "Torre might get fire at the end of the season" edition 07.

I'd manage the D-Rays. Loaded with young talent and lots more coming.
On one account of course - a good looking ballpark. God that thing they call a ballpark now is UGLY.

Detroit Tigers, great sports city to coach in

Blue Jays they have good talent just need less injuries and something to get them off and running. yup, i think when they get the key players back everything should be back to normal. ;D
