It would be an achievement for the Phillies to take the first too, and to keep the Mets at the bottom of the division.

Mets have scored 5 in the third, still only one out, runners at the corners for Beltran. Chad Durbin has taken over for Kendrick who just didn't have it tonight, along with getting no help from plate umpire Lance Barksdale.
Now a wild pitch makes it 7-1.
