Well, the Phils are two games up in the East now, after a brilliant combined 4-0 shutout by Kyle Kendrick and J C Romero last night. Utley broke out of his slump in a big way , going 4 for 5 and the lineup shakeup produced decent results for the Phillies. They still missed a lot of opportunities to blow the game wide open, so they can't rest on the laurels of this game, but it is good to end the schneid.
