Him and his agent had this to say, "The offer is close. But we're not quite there yet." Their counter offer is 4 years 9.15 mil per year with NTC.

Yankees offer Ricky Nolasco:
7.9 mil through 2011 with a NTC, it will be denied.
Then the same thing but 8.5 mil. He says yes.
Keep this in mind but don't do it until the season is over due to my cash problems right now. And when it is over if he says no then tell me.
