MLB? No. The Marlins arent that bad... They could flirt with .500 this year if things work out... Maybe even more.
How? Two years ago when they had that big run at the end of the season they couldn't even break .500. Last year with D-Train and Cabrera they were 74-91. How do you expect them to improve so much while trading away two key players?
