Spotify Ltd., the music-streaming service, said it wants to create a platform for music to attract more users. On Wednesday, the company launched Spotify Apps, which allows developers to to make apps that interact with its service. The TuneWiki app, for example, enables users to read lyrics while listening to music whereas the Rolling Stone app provides you with playlists and articles.
