Number of Members:
7/10 - 711 is a nice number of members to have. It gives you a wide variety of members which allows you to have large debates and discussions.
Number of Active Members:
9/10 - Your forum looks very active with alot of usernames listed under the "who was here today" section.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise):
8/10 - 12,428 is a very respectable number of posts to have. It shows your members are willing to get stuck in with discussions.
Appearance (first impressions):
7/10 - Your default theme is clean, relevant and easy to understand. I was impressed by the animation when you roll-over a link. The fixed background layer is a good touch, although i'd consider having a new banner made. You could also do with a new set of rank images
Layout:
8/10 - very good. I'm not into baseball, so i'm not sure if you've separated your forums / categories well, although they look like they're in a pretty decent order. If i were you i'd move your "Front Office" category to the top of the forum index, or merge the forums into the "Welcome" category.
Moderation:
10/10 - Your forum looks very clean and spam-free. It looks as though your members are well behaived and with an army of global moderators, it looks like you're pretty well sorted.
Activity:
9/10 - All your forums look very active. Some look more active than others, still, it looks like you're doing very well.
Overall mark (out of 100):
85/100 - Get new rank images, a new header and upgrade to a paid host (to remove the ads + use your own domain), i reckon you'll be able to break into the high 90's.
