Will Jeff have a change of heart and play football if he gets drafted?

No. He has great stuff and will be a big league pitcher some day. He won't get drafted.

he does have great stuff, but then again like i said in the interview if he were to get an injury he might not make it to the majors, he would get alot more change as a reciever then a pitcher i think, NFL salaries are way higher then minor league pitchers. He can play in the NFL right away, if he wants and stays with the cubs, he may have to wait up to 4 years before he will ever see time in the bigs. This factor may strike him and he may choose to go for the easy way to stardom. How can you just put aside that you are the greatest receiver in the history of a storied program like Notre Dame?

Yea salaries are higher in the NFL...but he signed a 5 year/10 million dollar contract from the Cubs. That's a hefty salary.
Fair enough though, if he does sustain a arm injury pitching, he could go to the NFL.
