SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- It's Sunday night in the big city, and all Spring Training games are over for the day. You still have a craving for some baseball, you just don't know where to look. If home runs and video games are appealing, the place to be is the Gordon Biersch Brewery in Tempe at about 5 p.m. MT, or an hour or so after Sunday's game between the A's and Giants at Phoenix Municipal Stadium.
Oakland pitchers Justin Duchscherer (and his wife, Michelle) and Rich Harden are sponsoring the second annual A's-Giants Battle of the Bay Video Game Challenge to help raise funds for the Arizona chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Players from both the A's and Giants play video home run derby, and fans are encouraged to drop by and cheer on their favorites.
