I don't understand...he had a 4.50 ERA in the second half of last season...that's not TERRIBLE. Especially considering he had a 1.71 ERA in the first half...
In his career, he's 25-15 with a 4.26 ERA...I've seen a lot worse. Also, last season lefties hit just 1.91 against him.
Expect a team in need for some relief pitching to pick him up. I'm surprised the Indians released him...he'll be a good pickup for whoever signs him.
