If he gets suspended I would be surprised because the union wouldn't allow it, and he didn't mean anything by it. He was just honoring his part of the deal jokingly.

Were you one of the White Sox fans that celebrated Francisco Liriano getting TJ surgery? No I feel bad for the kid he had a great career ahead of him but it could turn out like Mark Prior or Kerry Wood. I hope he comes back but hopefully with another team.
