Interesting idea by the Astros...they're selling pet calendars, with pitcures of the players with their pets...It's surprising to see how many players have pets.

Why not, they have plenty of money to buy the necessary equipment to raise their pets easily.

Why not, they have plenty of money to buy the necessary equipment to raise their pets easily. Plenty of people who aren't wealthy and don't live so comfortably still have pets...because they love them. So it doesn't really matter that they have plenty of money...even people who DON'T have money still have pets. The reason why it's surprising for me is because I would think that all these baseball players weren't interested in pets...I know the DTrain has a pet, but considering baseball players are constantly travelling, it's not so easy to maintain a pet. I'm assuming that when these baseball players travel--their wives take care of the pets. Their wives are probably the ones who take care of it even when they're home...lol. Anyways, good idea by the Astros. PS: Whos dog is cuter: Roy Oswalt or Carlos Lee? I'm gonna go with Carlos Lee.

Exactly, a lot of them have families, with their big house and big yard where they keep their dog house at. They should have no worry about not having enough room for their dog roam.
