There hasn't been a year, since Escobar came to the Angels, that he hasn't been on the DL at least once. I think the team will be ok. . . .I'm keeping my faith that they have the pitching to get it done.

Well, with Escobar maybe out for the season, and Lackey out for around 2 months at least, the Angels starting rotation really isn't looking so good anymore. Weaver is now the ace and they're going to need him to pitch like he did in Spring Training...though I doubt he'll be able to pich that well. Anyways, after Weaver it really starts getting ugly and unpredictable...whenever a team looses their 2 best starting pitchers they're going to take a big hit...I'm not so sure the Angels are going to even win the division anymore.

Well, time will certainly tell whether or not the other pitchers can step in and get the job done. They just might surprise a lot of people. . . .
