Except getting injured now doesn't mean you won't during the season.

None of them are really major. Every team has a list of players like that who are injured. I wouldn't worry about it.

Well, a lot of times players get minor injuries during Spring Training-and since they have time to let it heal they do just that. However, if they were to get these minor injuries during the season then they'd just play through it and take care of it after the games. Also, for a lot of players, Spring Training is very boring...I mean, once you've been in the majors for a while, you really don't need a whole month to prepare. Playing in games where the opposing team doesn't try their best to win doesn't help them either...so really, it isn't so bad to have an excuse not to practice for so long. A lot of players always get "hurt" at the beginning of Spring Training...but towards the end, they all miraculously start healing and practicing for the regular season...it's truly amazing.

yea, there's nothing at all to worry about, maybe besides church's concussion Injury wise-yes. Player wise-no. The Mets really don't need Church...they're loaded on hitting and pitching. They could definitely survive without him.

I'm actually starting to think that Carlos Beltran's injury may be something to worry about...he hasn't played in a game yet, and he's still not 100%. I'm starting to think that even if he's well enough to start by opening day--I wouldn't expect him to run so much.

He rarely runs anyway. He stole more bases in 90 games with Houston in 04 than he has in a single season with the Mets.
Last year, Minaya had shallow pitching depth and sat on his hands when he had an oppurtunity to add an arm. I believe he'll be the same way this year with regards to the position players. Old, injury prone players are being backed up by more old, injury prone players.
