Trevor Hoffman... yeah it's early, but...

Ok, I'm not super worried yet, but check this out regarding last night's game and Trevor:

In particular, I'm concerned that his first half ERA last season was 1.91... but 4.44 in the 2nd half.

Do we have a part time closer now? Could be too early to say, but what do you think? Should he split time with Bell?

Don't worry about Hoffman, he's fine. And as I said before--the Padres have 3 RP's who could close with confidence...Hoffman, Bell and Meredith. So there's really nothing to worry about.

Pitching isnt going to be a problem for us this year. Hoffman will do a good job of closing.
