It's funny. A pitcher hits a guy and starts a fight, he gets suspended for 2 games. A guy threatens to kill his ex-wife, nothing.

He can't be suspended because it had nothing at all do with baseball. If he threatened his wife sitting in the stands during a game, than he would be harshly punished. But since it is not baseball related and not against and MLB policy, the Devil Rays nor Major League Baseball can do anything to punish him. Sad though, he's one hell of a player.
