I see him as a career low 4.00 ERA pitcher, will have at least one season in the 3.00's ERA in his prime year. He's a career #2 pitcher in my opinion, will figure it out someday, but Millar time is around the year 2012, about the same time when ESPN are following Cabrera reaching milestones before the age of 30.

Wow, taking shots at the team? Well, look who it is, of course.
He has a chance to be a good pitcher, but his control/command and mechanics are so bad that it's going to take a while.

At least its football season in Detroit. 0-7 so far in the season, and that with sacrifying their farm system to go all in this year.
