Carl Pavano! He's made like what...20 starts the last 3 years...lol! I agree....Pavano was an enormous waste of money. The Yankees could have gotten a great pitcher with the money they were paying him.

What do you mean I gotta be kidding you? You've got to be kidding me. Meche is the ace of a staff, and doing a pretty good job. Soriano isn't playing like a superstar, and the Cubs have him for 8 years paying over 15 million a year for him. How is that not being overpaid?

Exactly.
Meche has a 3.28 ERA, and a good K/BB ratio. Decent WHIP too. He just doesn't have a good record because he's on a lower level team.
