I"m not upset about it. I just think that Holliday was one of the best players, and better than Beltran. No hard feelings.

ahahahahahhahaahhahahaha when someone comes up to bat, you know what the TV broadcast shows? AVG, HR, RBI, IN THAT ORDER oh and shes 2nd in SLG% in the NL too, so i guess thats overrated too since hes good in that catagory, omg obp ownz all. They show those stats because they are the old baseball stats scouts used to use and the average fans at games are too ***ing stupid to know what OBP, SLG, and OPS mean and how they are more important than those stats. BTW, didn't know Miguel Cabrera was a girl. That would explain his awful fielding. Isringhausen should be in, Fuentes out. Maine should be in, Sheets out. I'd do this: Valverede -> Isringhausen Fuentes -> Feliciano* Hamels -> Rich Hill Sheets -> Maine *Feliciano should be in because he has an ERA under 1 and Fuentes has blown his last 4 saves (which have caused his ERA to balloon to 4). He's the 2nd best lefty in the game to Okajima.

Poor W-L record 2. Little name recognition 3. He plays on a team that is 35-45 4. He doesn't play for the Yankees or Red Sox All stupid reasons but these are what the voters go by.

Fans don't vote for pitchers. It's not just the fans, it's the sportswriters too. That's why Derek Jeter wins the Gold Glove every year despite being a mediocre defensive SS.

I think Mauer should have gotten in over Victor Martinez... Victors team is doing better, sportswriters and fans dont look at players whos teams are below .500 or non-NY teams, you should know that by now Joe.

look at his career fielding then, I do and I see a steady decline. Last year he had 17 errors, this year he already has 13. His fielding percentage has also decreased over the years.
