wow you are in your own little world arent you?
ok, for one cabrera was injured you prick and still deserved to be there.
2. who the f*** cares? its a f***ing exhf**ingbition game.
3. how did billy wagner do you c0ckbite?
4. mets fans like you should jump off a bridge with cement blocks on your shoes, because theres a better place for them.
5. half the time when players come off the bench they make an unproductive out anyway, but i guess you cant ask wright to sit for one of his 3 ABs about sitting on the bench or getting rest.
6. i'd rather have my players healthy for the 2nd half rather them play in a game that means s***.

"2. who the f*** cares? its a f***ing exhf**ingbition game."
It determines HSA in the WS. Obviously you don't care since your team has 0% chance of making it.
"3. how did billy wagner do you c0ckbite?" Just as good as Chris Young and J.J. Putz. Billy always sucks in non-save situations.
"4. mets fans like you should jump off a bridge with cement blocks on your shoes, because theres a better place for them." You can't jump off a bridge if you have cement blocks on your shoes.

cry me a river
The marlins won it without homefield bud, sorry thats not the reason, all star games are just pointless, and the fact that this one gives the winner of ONE game home field for the world series for the championship, completly outragious?, dont you think the team with the overall better record and SOS should determine who gets homefield?
dont you agree?
btw i wouldnt count any team out of the race thats 7GB in div. and i think a few games back in WC, its the NL after all, different year, same result.

If a team isn't at or above 500, they're out of the race. Plus they have what, 5 teams ahead of them in the WC?

Chris Young did not do as poorly as Billy Wagner. Not even close. Chris Young let up a long fly ball that took an unlucky bounce. Wagner and Putz both screwed up, but Young did not.

All 3 of them gave up 2 runs, so they all did just as poor. Young couldn't throw a quality strike and his pitches were flat and slow compared to what he's usually capable of.
