Taguchi, Werth and Bruntlett all have decent BA's off Redman. Overall the current Roster members he has faced is hitting .202 off him. Phils fail in the 1st.

Burrell and Atkins with 2 run shots, Werth with an inside-the parker and Utley with a traditional homer and it's now 5-4 Rockies , Phils batting in the 6th.

Condrey on in relief for the Phillies. Herges finished the 6th for the Rockies.

New pitcher for the Rockies in the top of the 7th is Philly area product and former Phil Taylor Buchholz.

Carlos Ruiz knocks in a pair with a bases-loaded double and it's now 6-5 Phillies in the 8th.

Tom Gordon survives an error by defensive replacement TJ Bohn and the Phils still lead it going into the 9th, 6-5.

Bohn drives in the last two runs with a double and the Phils lead it 9-5 going into the bottom of the 9th.

Lidge allows a single but closes out the ballgame without further incident, finishing it up with a strikeout to Holliday on a some filthy sliders and a fastball on the inside corner for strike 3 called. Phils win 9-5.
