Well Morris gets 2 quick outs in the first but then timely hitting and some shaky defense produce 5 runs. The Phillies added another run in the second and it's 6-0 Phils. Hopefully Kendrick doesn't allow 5 and let them back in it.

Pirates get 2 back in the 3rd. Their first hit of the game drove in the first run, then a double into the RF coener plated the second . Jenkins airmailed the throw or they might have had a shot at the runner at the plate. 6-2 Phils , top 4th.

Werth doubles into the LF corner and Bullpen coach Ramon Henderson, subbing for Steve Smith in the 3b coach's box sends Bruntlett. Close play, but he scores and it's 7-2 Phils. Now Feliz doubles Werth home and the lead back to 6.

Fish drop one in Milwaukee so the Phils are within 1/2 game of the lead. Nice road trip for the Phils.
