ok. He said the yankees wouldn't get in the plaoffs because they could only hit, but when his explanation for why the rockies get in is because they can hit well.

The biggest idiot is SI's NFL writer Peter King. He was once fired from a Cincy newspaper, and thus has carried a grudge the Bengals. In his player rankings for a depth chart, he put Vince Young as his #3 QB instead of Carson Palmer or D the last Drew Brees. Then for WR he put Mike Furrey, who isn't even the best on his team as the #4 WR instead of CHad Johnson who has led the AFC in receiving for the last 4 years

the 1 guy on sports center called phillips out on it...lol...phillips said neither the mets nor the yankees are gonna make the playoffs and the guy is like, wut's wit u and this hatred toward New York teams, u know ur wrong?, they're both gonna make the playoffs...and phillips is like uhhh....lmfao

He has a point on the Yankees. But he just hates the Mets because he got fired for screwing the team up. If it wasn't for Fred Wilpon wanting to keep Reyes, Phillips would have traded him to Cleveland for Alomar.
