Why in the world would Manny say that he didn't want to leave after what he has pulled on the sox? He got his way all the time and nobody would face up to him until this year. He had everything going for him except the grey matter between his ears. I tried to understand him but it got to the point there was no use to even try.We got a good player so I guess we can now move on.

Jason Bay is a good, solid player. But he's no Manny Ramirez. Manny's still one the most feared hitters in baseball...he's a first ballot hall of famer.

Yes i know that Bay is no Manny by a long shot. But Bay plays with all his heart all the time. he is a team member not just a player that is used to getting his way all the time. He was a spoiled brat. He is a great hitter but he still needs to grow up. He'll do good in LA because he wants all the money he can get. He didn't want the red sox to pick up his next two years. That is why he tanked the redsox, like he did. I do not think he'll make 20 million next year for any team, not even the NY teams.
