Theres a starter every start he gives up 4 runs each time he starts he goes either 1 inning or 8 innings its totally random do you take this pitcher

HELL NO!!!!!!!...hav fun using your bullpen for 8 innings upwards of 75% of the time

4 runs? So its either a fair start or a disaster. If I'm the manager, I would rarely let a pitcher who allow 4 runs get the 8th inning because I don't think he deserve it.
