1. Fire Freddi Gonzalez, at this point, i would rather have Willie Randolph, because Freddi is a tard, Musical relievers does not work on the professional level.
2. Get Mazzone in the offseason, everytime wiley comes out to "calm the pitchers down" they only do alot worse.
3. The Outfield, one of the most important places to have good hitting, but with Jeremy Hermida, Cody Ross, and Josh Willingham its just not good enough, ironicly they've all been hitting under 200 since the manny trade didnt work out.
4. Trade Jacobs for a good contact hitter, too many power guys in our lineup and guys like Jaime Moyer, Barry Zito dominate us with the slow stuff.
Thats about it, this team has done pretty good considering they were predicted to have 100 losses, and a 0.1% chance of making postseason, im sure with some changes they can be right back at it, but there is always room for improvement.
And please no "Bring up Mcphearson/Maybin" comments, they wont be MLB ready until next midseason.
After this season, Freddi better not be taking ANY credit, if any it was for the losses that shouldve been won.

No one is going to give a good contact hitter for Jacobs.

If McPherson isn't ready now, he'll never be ready. He's a minor league free agent at the end of the year anyways.

McPherson has a good chance being call up on September, they just keeping him down there until his AAA season finish because he has over 40 HRs right now, leading his division.

They should bring him up. Cantu is doing nothing now. He is one of those great one week mediocre the next, pretty much either way he could be good or bad, but Willingham and Hermida grounded into more DPs then Jacobs last week, thats bad.
