Wow im a big pirates fan but its so dissapointing my whole life they havve never had a winning season. Well there is always next year. This year they did however restock the farm system with amazing talents like
Jose Tabata and Pedro Alverez and adding depth in the minors as far as pitching. But they will possibly have andrew mccutchen next season which is something to look forward to. Hell you never know maybe all these guys like the laroche brothers and brandon moss will have big years ahead of them and maybe the pirates will go out and get some decent pitching via trades and free agency.
Well heres the team leaders for the pirates this year.
Almost all batting categories is were nate mclouth led the team in.
Paul Maholm also pretty much had all the best pitching stats on the team like ip, so, wins, ect ect.

But I would like to see the Pirates have a good season those Pittsburgh fans need a winning season more than any other franchise if all goes well they could contend in a few years. |

IF all goes well you dont even understand what we have went through with retarded gm's heres a few dumb moves of the past...
1. Drafting Byran Bullington over the obvious better player Bj Upton.
2. Drafting Daniel Moskos over Matt Wieters.
3. Rejecting a trade for Cris benson for ryan howard...Then turning around and trade kris benson for Jose Bautista, Ty Wiggington, and Jeff Kipinger...
Heres some other moves like letting chris young fall through waivers, and Not to mention the retarded free agent singnings like the joe randas and jeromy burnitz...wow it is so frusterating to stand anymore losing seasons.
