He played in the World Juniors and was much better than the 17th overall selection shows (very similar to Brady Quinn Draft in NFL) and I am just shocked by this, wow.

Heard this on the radio. I don't follow hockey but any 19 year old dying like that is very sad and so freaky.

i am a huge hockey fan and this was really sad when i heard it, what a terrible way to die, right on the bench, and the dumb rink was playing welcome to the jungle as he was dying...

They don't know. Remember when Joe Kennedy died, it took like 3-4 months for them to find out what caused it.

he had a heart condition, and he had a heart attack while on the bench right after his shift
