Nah, Mientkiewicz saved the inning. ::phew::
OK, now I want to marry him, who I don't feel like spelling out because it's a long name and doesn't sound anything like it's spelled.
Maybe I don't, the hubby wouldn't appreciate it and spelling that name out daily would drive me nuts.
Cano is up.
Top of the 8th...Okijima is back out there.

We may end up with something wacky here. They are talking about bringing in Damon for Nieves and moving Phelps behind the plate and Giambi to first.
Why didn't Damon just DH if he was ok? Giambi could have handled first.

Argh...I hate staying up to listen or watch my team lose. It's not as bad as last night when I had to stay up until 3:15 am to watch them lose. I hate them losing to Boston more than any other team too.  Oh well...eventually we'll have Wang, Pavano, and Moose back instead of the rookies. Then it'll be a better game.  I;d say it was a good game, but the picthing was actually pretty shaky on both sides and it wasn't the best played. It'll be better later in the season. |
