ouch. HR in the first inning. Its just a HR, anyone can easily rebound from that. Back to back K's now. The guy has some speed but need to improve his control. Expect a lot of K's and HR from him.

He's still young, so he will give up a lot of HR's until he matures. Once he gets his control down though, he will be a beast.

I dunno what to think. He has electric stuff, no doubt. But you could tell once he got to the 4th inning he was already getting tired. His fastball was at 95-97 early in the game, but it was down to 91 or so later. I don't know if it's his small frame, whether he's not in midseason form, or if it's a product of his arm abuse in college.
He may end up as a reliever after all. He'd make one hell of a closer...K-Rod type.
