I also learned that it is a "dream come true" to play in Chicago, as he was a fan growing up in Logansport, Indiana. I myself like the deal, although i believe this means they are giving up on Peavy, unless Pads trade him at trade deadline, or after season starts. His stats are somewhat deceiving, as he is a true starter. He will get a chance at the 5 spot in the Cubs rotation, at the least he will get some spot starts in. Maybe he will get the push to achieve his best. I never like Olsen anyways, I have watched him pitch some, and for some reason, i do not have faith that he will become a good pitcher. Although i liked Cedano, I have watched him over the last 2-3 yrs, and he has developed well. If he stays patient he can do very well.
