Right now, Span. But when Gomez's OBP improves, it should be him.

I don't think Gomez's OBP will ever be good enough to be a good lead off guy.

True, I remember that a little bit. Still, Reyes is probably the exception and not the rule. He never had Gomez's ridiculous strikeout and free swinging problem. Also, Reyes never struck out a lot in the minors which is a good indicator that he could develop some discipline and put his tools to good use. Obviously he's developed nicely.
I might be wrong obviously. But i'd be against it.
