sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=4076998"But the family, in its first public interview, stressed that they feel Gallo is a good man who is being demonized by the media in the wake of the crash, which killed the 22-year-old Adenhart, Courtney Stewart and Henry Pearson, and seriously injured Jon Wilhite." How terrible that more people aren't sympathizing with a repeat offender whose drunk driving killed 3 people and seriously injured one. Yes, it was an accident, he obviously didn't mean to do it but he still did it. If he didn't want to get in trouble, he wouldn't have been driving drunk.

Oh stop giving me all that crap about being an alcoholic.
If you really do want to change, ask the judge at your DUI trial to send him to mandatory AA or some other rehab. Make arrangements so neither you nor your drinking buddy will be driving home. It's not as simple as, "He's a good kid, but has a problem", or he "made a mistake". This guy was a moron sober and drunk and showed no regard for others by ensuring that he would go out, with his alcoholic behavior, with a good chance he'd be behind the wheel, which ended up costing lives that shouldn't have been cut short.

I hate these people who say "He's a good kid" when something like this happens. Good kids are smart enough to know not to do something this careless.
