1) If the FA player that you want still haven't been offer yet, then make a new thread using this format:
2) Once you make your offer, you must wait 24 hours before the player is yours. Until then if someone counter offer, you will have 24 hours to counter back. Once an offer stay on the table for 24 hours without getting counter, then the player will sign to the highest valid contract offer.
3) When counter offering, your offer salary must be at least .05M higher then the current highest valid offer . Everything else like contract length, player option, and NTC must be at least the same or higher then the current highest offer. You can't offer less years then the current highest valid offer unless your contract total value is higher than the current contract value. You must include a NTC if the current highest offer has it. The amount of years and salary in Player Option must be the same or higher then the current highest offer. Team Option is the only thing that can be lower in years and salary, and may not be included despite if the current highest valid bid has it. The salary for team option cannot be lower then the contract salary.
4) Format for counter offering: the same as creating a new thread for a FA player.
5) If you low ball too much on the player seeking price, then the player have the right to decline your offer despite being on the table more then 24 hours. In that case of event the commissioner will notify you and ask you to counter offer.
