Chicago accepts as we are going more into a rebuild stage rather than compete now. Floyd's ratings aren't anything too special, and we pick up two young prospects who could be ready soon. We need a catcher for the future, and Ramos can provide great defense and solid power.

I accept. With Mauer coming back Ramos would only be up in for one month and than sent down. I need pitching and was willing to give up these guys.
