There are no restriction on how many players you can put on the waiver or for how long it can stay on the waiver. You may remove your player off the waiver anytime you want.
Follow this format to place your player on waiver. Make a thread per each players.
The first team to claim the player off the waiver gets him. Here is the format for claiming him for free:
You may offer to negotiate to trade for the player instead of claiming him. If another team claim the player while you're still negotiating, then the player goes to the team that just clam him.
