How do you plan to become competitive and compete for the NLE crown constantly with such a low payroll?

The payroll problem is one of our biggest but we have been gaining money through direct trades (for example Daniel Cabrera for 2.5 mil) and salary dumps. We have locked up Ryan Zimmerman for years and will do the same with Dukes and Milledge and the starters when the time comes. We will hopefully be able to grow through our minor league system and keep the guys we have on the roster.
