Your team finished ,let's just say towards the bottom, last year and you have arguably the weakest farm system in the Major Leagues... What are your long term plans to make a change in Houston? And how many wins would make your next season a success?

It is going to take some strong drafts in the future to get us back into contention. With past management making the mistakes of trading away prospects for rental players or sending strong veterans away in deals that, in my opinion, lacked real intelligence, things are going to be tough. We will have to rely on the hope of fast development of our top prospects to keep us going while the process of rebuilding our farm system through the draft takes place.
As far as your second question, no season is a real success without at least a trip to the playoffs in some way, but any kind of improvement would be great.
