Once again the voting become a joke as the larger team fanbase dominant the competition and leave a bunch of worthy players out because they are in a less popular team.

Well I should might as well eat popcorn and enjoy another AL All-Star vs NL All Star Red Sox/ Yankess vs New York Mets game.

I agree. Fan voting needs to stop. It is all about a popularity contest now. Let's go to who the leaders are in stats, not fan vote. At least with the stats, players who belong in the All - Star Game will be in there, and those who don't belong, won't be in the game.
