Milledge isn't a headcase. Willie can't manage a young, fiery guy like Milledge. He chastises all young players for anything they do while he lets veterans slack off. If the Yankees survived with Sheffield, they would have no problems with Milledge.

The problem is none of those three are minor leaguers. Go take a look at a few scouting reports for some guys like: Alan Horne, Jeffrey Marquez, Dellin Betances, Zach McAllister, Mark Melancon,the guy they drafted in the 1st round this year(can't remember his name), Christian Jackson, Ross Ohlendorf. There are just so many high ceiling guys in the organization.

Of the guys I could find on Baseball-Reference:

Ohlendorf was awful in AAA this past year. Betances had a 3.60 ERA in low A ball. McCallister had a 5.17 ERA in low A ball. Melancon had a 3.38 ERA in low A ball.

Nothing I would call great, high-ceiling prospects.
